How do recipients open Payment Links?

Recipients click on the shared Payment Link, which directs them to complete the receiving transaction by connecting their own wallets. The process is straightforward and, ensuring a seamless transfer of assets.

How can I track the status of my transactions?

You can track the status of your transactions using its specific blockchain explorer. Each transaction is recorded on the blockchain, ensuring complete transparency. Additionally there is going to be a status on the payment link that has been shared mentioning if the link has been claimed or is till claimable.

What should I do if a Payment Link transaction fails?

If a transaction fails, check the details to ensure all information is correct and that your wallet has sufficient funds. If the issue persists, contact Pulsar Money support for assistance.

Can I use Payment Links for recurring payments?

Currently, Payment Links are designed for one-time transactions. For recurring payments, consider other available tools within the Pulsar Money platform or contact support for tailored solutions.

What tokens can I use with Payment Links?

Payment Links support a variety of tokens on the MultiversX network, including EGLD, USDC, USDT, and other ESDT tokens. More tokens and chains are going to be added. If you would like to propose a token or a chain don't hesitate to fill the application form.
